Mikey — So excited about your salt. Ed, the head wine dood at Heinen’s loves it and uses it often. I’ve sprinkled it on fresh mozz and roasted grape tomatoes — yum! Looking forward to trying the Pacific Chicken on the website. We’re using it on grilled veal chops tonight. Love the photos, too!

I make peasoup out of a hambone, chopped onion and 2lbs. of split green peas. Cook it till it makes you happy. Remove the bones and pack it in one pint containers and just before you freeze or refrigerate it, drop in a generous pinch of Tiki Spice smoked sea salt. Mmmmm!

    Hi Chef,
I’m now in TN awaiting my grandson and Caroline sent me some your salt. Love it! I work at a very nice place and I’m sharing it with the chef and his sausage making buddies. I may have sold some salt for you who knows!
    Hope the familys great.
